Managing Director Blair Ward began his building career in 2005 in Christchurch with a well-known building company specialising in high-end residential homes and light commercial projects. Blair is fortunate to have trained as an apprentice builder working on very detailed and complex homes, travelled working as a carpenter and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the last 15 years.
Blair and his team know Christchurch well and have extensive experience working on hill builds and architecturally designed homes, where attention to detail is key.
Blair Ward Construction provides a “one-stop shop” for clients wanting a new home built or a renovation undertaken. We will meet a client, facilitate their plans, arrange their consents and then manage the entire project through to successful completion.
