Getting To Gold With SiteWise Safety System

Site Wise has changed it bands to recognize organizations who have achieved a grade of 90% or above on their annual safety assessment.

SiteWise, is a system grading a contractor’s health and safety capability powered by Site Safe. It consists of four bands.

All contractors who sign up to the SiteWise system complete an annual health and safety assessment with the goal of achieving SiteWise Green or Gold status.

A gold grading in SiteWise means you’ve achieved a grade of 90% or above on your annual assessment.

Getting to Gold Means:

• You have demonstrated that you have high quality health and safety systems in place.
   
• You’ll be listed as a gold business in the database that shows to all principals that use SiteWise as a prequalification tool.
   
• In addition to your electronic report you’ll also receive an electronic certificate detailing your gold grading for you to display in your business.
   
• You’ll also receive an electronic SiteWise Gold badge, with a date stamp that you can use on your promotional material such as email signatures or tender documents.

It will provide recognition to companies who have worked hard over time to improve their assessment results and may also be used as a prerequisite for high-risk contactors. It is also a threshold many companies in SiteWise Green will want to aspire to and demonstrate their commitment to achieving improved health and safety standards.

Site Safe is proud to celebrate health and safety in the construction industry by hosting regional events that recognises and award people for their hard work in making our workplaces safer.

These events are their way of giving national recognition to those who are making a difference in the construction industry.
